Amongst the vineyards and sunflower fields of the Charentaise countryside in Charente, South West France, known for being one of the most beautiful parts of France and for having the sunniest climate, (second only to the Cote d’Azur) you will find Gites des Bodins.

The accommodation comprises of three traditional and detached Charentaise gites in a tranquil and rural hamlet with its own boulangerie.  The gites are set within lovely gardens with a large heated swimming pool with sunny terraces and un spoilt views of the Charente countryside.  All the gites are comfortable with well equipped kitchens.  The gites have light and airy rooms and are tastefully furnished to retain their characteristic charm.

A relaxing base from which to explore the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean close by and the rolling hills of the Cognac region, dotted with historic hamlets, chateaux and abbeys dating back to the Middle Ages or grab your drink and relax in the gardens or by the swimming pool.
